Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have been battling with depression since my pre teen years. It has always come and gone and for the most part I have dealt with it without the use of medications. I have been through many doctors to help me and so far the depression keeps coming back. I am having a really hard time of it right now and desperately need someone before I do something bad.
Treatments
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- Got a two week sample pack and it has seemed to do wonders after awhile. Now my doctor has suddenly stopped and I am spiraling out of control without it.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- I try to stay positive and it's a 50/50 thing whether it helpds or not.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- My Mom, Stepdad and husband knows what's going on w/ me and sometimes they help. sometimes.

- writing for me does help.

- i just started it 2day. So I can't give a proper status of it

- i just started this 2day, and I've already noticed a decline in my anxiety&panic attacks.
Open Bereavement
I lost my Grandmother exactly one year ago, and I miss her so much. she was more like a mother to me. my parents divorced and my grandma stepped in to help raise my sister and I, and shes gone, and I am still so affeted by it.
