Great News, wow what a relief that must be to get results and they are normal. Now that is how to take control of your life. You are blessed and will live a very long happy life. I thank you for at least reading what I wrote I am not trying to grip at people but I would like to think maybe I could help someone because my love was worth that and I would not want anyone to lose the greatest love of their life either. So you Go!!!! Very Happy for you

Thank you so much for the words of support. My mom was just down visiting this week and told me it took her a few months to feel normal as well. Her pulmonary embolism was 10 yrs. ago and was very serious. She is doing well on the warfarin and is living a good life with my dad (who is also on warfarin). It is hard b/c I seem to feel leg pains so much more than I used to (or maybe I just notice them all that much more now). I keep busy during the days with my family, baseball games, etc. The nights will be challenging for a while I suspect. I felt just wonderful a couple of nights ago and was able to go to bed and fall asleep right away. I am hoping that nights like that will happen more often as time goes on. I finally broke down and had a glass of wine today (it just tasted so good and relaxed me a lot). I have always been an exerciser and in good shape---haven't really done a workout since the PE, but I try to walk around a lot (never sitting for too long). I guess it is just a new thing to get used to in my life. I just recently talked to someone that just had their breast cancer return and another that had brain cancer diagnosed after getting an MRI following a car accident. I guess that we all have our own fears and health problems to live with---I just wasn't expecting it at the age of 38. I am just trying to live a good life---things would be really good if I never had to worry about the nights :). Thank you for your hug. I am so glad that I discovered this community---so helpful to talk/write to people that have been through the same thing. Thanks, Nancy
