i am 57 years old , i have been married 41 years. i have 2 sons and 1 daughter. i have 7 grandchildren.
Interests
i love animals , all of them . we live in the country and have chickens , cows and a horse . i have a dog named blue . he is a blue heeler and he is spoiled rotton . lol i have birdfeeders , i love to feed the birds . i also love to play games , i also like to brag when i win lol . i also love music all kinds but my favorite is classic rock.

i have had vertigo for almost 5 years . it is ruining my life . i stay dizzy most of the time .

- i only use this when i have to , it makes me tired and sleepy.

i worry about everything especially my health . if i think something is wrong with me , i have a panic attack.

i have a few phobias . one is fear of swallowing medicine i'v never taken. i have a panic attack . after i see its not going to hurt me i can take it .

i was diagnosed with sleep apnea last year . i am still having some problems with the mask .

my attacks started a few years ago. i thought i was dying and i'v had them since then. they are few and far between now but i am still taking a low dose of medicine in the afternoon. i am addicted to it and i can't get off without feeling some bad side effects.

i take my blood pressure several times a day . if i get a pain anywhere in my body i run and get my blood pressure machine , i even take it with me on trips .
