Ive been to the hospital again and Ive got a nurse coming round tomorrow.

Ive got a sick note for another 2 weeks ruminations and a restless head its horrible. I tried to explain to my mum but she doesnt understand she said why are nurses coming round, because I have voices and ruminations but I didnt tell her this
