Spiritually I feel better. Physically I feel like I have been beaten with a stick...... My trip to the mountains turned into rain, snow, and ice. Yeah you get all at once on top of the mountains. I tripped on one rock and took a tumble over a pile of rocks. I rolled 2 times on the rocks. Up until then I had a great time. I had to limp my way back to the four wheeler.
