early morning dew covered flowers for a special friend...hope you have a great day and know i am thinking of you...many hugs and lots of love...i hope the sun is shinning on you, here it is a bit overcast but partly sunny...looks like a warm one again though...not sure what we are up too today other then i am off to therapy with warren this morning...then some housework as the cobwebs are taking over my home...then gardening for a bit and maybe some play in there somewhere today who knows...hope you have a smile filled day and remember you are loved lots sis...hugs...holly

hey..i have been doing lots of swimming and walking..and not eating near as much...things here are just plain ole busy and i dont have time to keep the pounds on...lol...i am sick of being fat and want to get this bod in some form of shape aside from a blob...i loves ya
