Well today has come and gone. Just waiting for an appointment and x-rays on friday. Trying to lose some weight that I am sure was caused by some of the pills I am taking. Atleast that is my excuse. I have been peddling an exercise bike for 3 weeks and lost 1/2 pound. At this rate I will reach my goal when I am very old and won't care anymore. Daily Strength is a nice place to stop by every once in a while to forget all of the bad news that they report on. Kinda like a bench in the park without the mosquitos. Later.
