Going Up!
So, I went to the doctors again today, and my viral load s gone up, no surprises there. It's still good though: 3462. The better news is that my CD4 has gone up loads... 942 from 777! I don't know what I've been doing, but I'm doing it right, I must be! That really lifted my spirits. I also did some work and walked and a half miles back from the hospital, so I got my exercise! I've also kept to a healthy diet recently, so I guess I can update a couple of goals.!
