How is Gary doing? hopefully out of the hospital? we put my Mom in a nursing home two weeks ago. Life is NOT good right now. Carolyn
Hi Sammy. Thank you so much for your I'm with you hug. Even though you sent your message back in January, I just received the message today. You were the first message I received. I can say I am making it. It's hard, but each month gets better. We will find out next week where my Brother is in his treatment...they stopped the therapy after his 3rd time in the hospital around March for a week for pneumonia. He is better now. We will find out his status next week. Even though I just got your I'm with you message, it means a lot--today was a hard day. My Brother was almost done with his therapy when he went into the hospital, we had 3 weeks left with him taking his Boost treatment when he had the last hospital stay. He takes the Chemo bag after his Chemo sessions every 20 or so days. He says he feels better, but don't know what to think of what's going on. I read your entries and pray that your husband is ok from the surgery (?). I also pray your Mother is ok as well. I definitely understand. As soon as one thing happens the other does. It's a roller coaster I never thought I would ride, much less be able to juggle. Sorry to ramble, my thoughts can be all over the place these days. Praying that you and yours are ok. LilSisInGa
hope things are going well.....let me know how you are doing. Carolyn
are ya'll still set up for surgery? hang on - this is really a roller coaster isn't it?
Mom has very poor sight, barely any strength, and was diagnosed with dementia 10 months ago. Due to pneumonia, shingles, and many UTIs recently, her health is not good. She is currently in a nursing home and will probably have to remain there...
My 61 year old Husband had Esophagus Cancer. He had 6 weeks of radiation, 2 rounds of 96 hours of chemo simultaneously in week 1 and 5. He had the Ivor-Lewis surgery
