Close Hypothyroidism
I have hashimoto's disease and it's been associated with alternating to hyperthyroidism and back to hypo, Treatment has been difficult has been poor

I get migraines about 10-20's a month from Hashimoto's Disease

Battled Reactive Hypoglycemia for 20 years now! I eat complex carbohydates and protein all day. Protein 5-6 per times in small meals. Sugar avoidance. No sugar ever in the morning
