Ho-hum. Things are pretty boring around here. I wish we could have a giant DS get together. That would be really cool.

Any ways, today eating was a challenge. I'm actually not sure whether what I ate was okay or not, even though I'm generally reasonable and undertanding with what my mutritional needs are, even though I don't always meet those needs. Today I had a sald with no calorie dressing and about a half cup of fat free croutons. I also had three slices of soy salami, which was about 80 cals, three slices od cheese, a baked potoato, some broccoli, and three veggie dumplings. I had my calcium chews for the day, so I'm covered on that front.

I'm still struggling with the whole popularity issue, but trying to not let it define me. Feel like I'm going out of my skull with craziness. I'm also a little worried because I think this was the way I felt with the starvation and it feels like a high from a drug. I feel loopy and crazy. Uh oh.

Well, I can't really write anymore, I'm seeing double. I keep having random thoughts about cutting food into little pieces so negligable I cannot see them any more. Why am I being so psychotic?

I am so proud of you for all that you have accomplished. You are on a path and succeding! The thoughts will sort themselves out. Your brain is just readjusting to being healthy again. I love you.

I don't really see a problem with what you ate, but I'm not reallt the person to judge that. It seems pretty balanced. You could afford to eat more though, but at least you are having something. The baked potato sounds good. I dip mine in bbq sauce.lol.
Your popularity status does not define you. Someday you will realize that the popular girls really were just as insecure about themselves as you are.

If that is all you ate all day, then it is definitely NOT enough. You should be eating at least 3 solid meals and I don't think you were anywhere near that. So, I would not say you made your nutritional needs. And it sounds like you could use some fat in there too, maybe some butter on the potato? I have a hard time with fat too.

Try to forget about the popularity crap. There are so many better and more valuable things to focus on! I can't emphasize this enough hun!

I like friends too, but in when I was in high school, I realized that I would graduate soon and have to make a whole new set of friends, so trying to be popular is a useless goal. Just have fun with the people who love you. Now that I am in college my best friend is my mom. Friends will back stab you, boyfriends will dump you, but at the end of the day, your family will love you forever. :)

What you ate sounds like a very little amount. I hope you try to eat a little more than that, because like you said, when you deprive yourself for so long, your body will start craving lots of foods and then of course, that could lead to an awful binge!

I struggle with the popularity issue too, and I feel like I'll never truly fit in. But I think we need to learn that it doesn't matter how many friends we have or what people think of us. What truly matters is that we're healthy, happy, and confident in ourselves.

A DS get together sounds fantastic! lol. Hmm well if you ask me, it doesn't sound like you ate enough. I can understand it's hard for you though. Did you eat those foods because you WANTED them, or because they were low fat/low calorie? Maybe you need to start listening to your body more! If you want a cookie, then have a cookie! I agree with Actress about depriving leading to cravings and binges. I'm recovering from bulimia though, so it may be completely different for you. I just know that when I don't listen to what my body wants, it will eventually lead to a binge.
