feeling great, meds have kicked in proper, had last support group meeting yesterday. now ready to get back to work. going to docs tomorrow and she should be signing me back. can't get back till the works ot has seen me, have app on 18th then i have to have a app with hr so all should be sorted by next week.

iv been thinking about work, i have decided that the place im in now is no good for me, i have no opertunites to go any further and mud sticks in that place. its going downhill fast its not the place i want to be. i have an interview next week for a nursing assistant, sounds a good job, more money, more hours and better oppertunites. just keeping my fingers crossed i get it, if not then i'll go for another one as soon as it comes up.

now is the start of the rest of my life, will be starting councelling soon which i hope will help me deal with issues of my past.
