Hey, my daughter is moving home for the summer next Friday..Freshman year almost a memory!lol, my middle daughter and some friends just shopped over the weekend for ninth grade formal dresses it is 5-21,the dresses aren't really formal just short,strapless numbers!lol I can't wait either!Moms are such dorks! Next year is high school for her.

| I was diagnosed with acromegaly in Jan. 07. Have since had a second surgery to remove residual tumor. Not on any treatment since surgery, but, I will need further blood tests. | |

| Octreotide (Not Working) Had injections prior to surgery, was told it was only 50% effecive. Felt very nauseus after injections. A lot of gastro problems. I need a back-up med incase second surgery doesn't work. | |
| Pegvisomant (Working / Worked) Pegvisomant brought my GH levels to normal before my second surgery. | |
