My Brother in Germany was in drugs for a long time, he is 50 now. He also has had an bad excident when he was 16, he almost lost his leg. He never found the right way out of things. He is divorced, cant work, has nobody around, because he is now diagnosed with paranoide schizophrenia. So we always worried about him, but we couldn`t help.
I wish your brother good luck(I don`t now his whole story, just what you wrote here. Propably something totaly different.)
