GERMS!

Our water is out. It's terrible. We can't make dinner or take showers or wash our hands unless it's with drinking water.

AND OMGGGGGG it's killing me.

GERMS.

And I wnat to go somewhere.

I've gotta buy a hat so I can cover up my oily hair.

I bought something Mood
Thursday, August 21, 2008

Yay. Ebay! I bought a music box on ebay, for a total of only 20 dollars with shipping. I loooove music boxes, and this one is an alarm clock too, but the alarm clock doesn't work cause it's verrrry old. Maybe I could see if it'll fix.

I never buy anything. I have this thing about saving my money, but somehow it disappears anyway, if I spend it or not. My parents like to borrow it when we're short on work.

And I was thinking about volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, But I called the other day and didn't get the information, I got lost on the "please press one for so an so" and I got overwhelmed and hung up. lol.

But i'm good at painting and stuff like that.

I'm up today and the only thing i've done is buy this music box thing. Oh well, I can't wait till it comes in the mail. I should get dressed, but why should I if i'm not going anywhere? ugh.

    The music box sounds nice.

I enjoy volunteering also. Volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels.

    Take care.

I've volunteered with Habitat a couple of times. It's fun to meet new people and learn about building houses at the same time. I currently volunteer at a food pantry and at a soup kitchen/bible study for the homeless. I was homeless once, so this is very rewarding for me. I wish you luck finding a volunteer opportunity. It might really help you when school starts. To have something to distract yourself from homework.

I want to go to school tomorrow :( Mood
Thursday, August 21, 2008

I start school next week. But I got off a month early than the public highschool kids and now i'm soooo ready to get out of here and DO something.

I need something to DO! I am so tired of sitting around. If there's no reason to get up in the morning versus the afternoon, why do I need to go to bed early? If there's no laundry done, then I can't go anywhere. I am so ready for this stupid doctor's orders diet to be over with, and i'm feeling badly when he promised it'd level out my sugar level.

I wish school started tomorrow. My friend who's staying with us is starting school tomorrow and i'm feeling like the younger sister. Why does SHE get to go to first grade? Mummy, can't I go to kindergarden like a big kid?

hehe. I'm so bored though, honestly. I used to busy myself making fancy dishes, but on this stupid diet I doubt if i'll ever get to start my ice cream shop resturanut like i've always dreamed of. And my voices have been bad, and i'm depressed again, and i'm going stir crazy from doing nothing!

Maybe i'll have a book marathon. Celebrate the last week of summer. Thank goodness. I could stay up all night reading. I feel productive when I finish books.

After having my brother's shopaholic girlfriend around for eight months, it's made me realize how little I actually treat myself to. She spends a ton buying things she doesn't need, and I don't even have clothes that fit. So I've been shopping around like crazy, trying to find stuff to wear to school, but nothing fits me! I guess i'm just too fat. Nothing looks good on me, no matter how many sizes I go up, it always looks like I poured myself into the jeans.

I know how you feel about needing something to do. I have been unable to work for all of 2008. But I have found something I am interested in to volunteer for and that has kept me busy. It is better if we with bp stay busy. HUGS

I know how you feel about shopping. I recently lost 25 pounds, but I still weigh 200. All my old clothes still fit, plus I haven't had money to go shopping.

Anyway, the book marathon sounds like a great idea. And I think it's important that you realized how little you treat yourself to. What about repainting your bedroom, or decorating it somehow. Or treating yourself to a few good books, or music cd's. It's crucial to show yourself love in lots of ways, including some good ol' shopping every now and then!
