no pain today!!!!!well almost no pain. borderline but i happen to be on the right side of the border.....careful to not awake the pain in the arm so i did very little which involved movement of that side and it seemed to work. i didn't have to break out the "stop the pain" creme today for the first time in 4 or 5 days! don't you just love not being in pain!!!!!
