Today I am extra happy! I did not expect to have gone down in weight at all today, but on stepping on the scale I discovered I went down a pound. (I had not thought I would loose any weight this week on account that it is that 'time' again. It usually takes a few days before the water retention goes away.) My exercises really energized me as well. I decided to include an extra exercise that works the inner thigh into my routine.
I found an old school chum of mine on Facebook yesterday. She and I have been exchanging emails for the last while now. I really am cheered to have found another of my old friends again. I will keep digging around till I find more of them.
Today it wasn't Tipper that annoyed me to no end while exercising. Today it was a combined effort of Oscar and Julia Roberts. Julia insisted on trying to sit on my lap while I was trying to do my arm / bicep curls. Then later while I was trying to do my stretches, Oscar came along and kept on putting himself in my way. Oh well. I managed to get all my exercises in regardless of their 'help'. At least they allowed me to sleep last night. The only kitty who pestered me last night was my Casper. And all he wanted was to snuggle.
