Well, yes I go to newman university and I have a major of counseling with a concentration in addiction studies and criminal jusitce, i plan to go to grad school to get a masters in social work. I graduated from Penn State in 06, i'm in grad school now getting a doctoral degree in Clinical Psych. I've been doing research on Acute Stress Disorder and PTSD and the name Edna Foa is in all of the research I'm finding and she just so happens to be from UPenn. ASD and PTSD are both a huge area of interest for me so I've actually been thinking how great UPenn must be! Goes both ways I guess. Haha.

I can imagine it is REALLY difficult being away at school and trying to keep a healthy food plan. However, maybe it will be easy if you try the meals (if you have a microwave)...Read my profile, weight stuff...The Smart Ones, Healthy Choice, Lean Cusines are really really good. It is just different but when you feel & see it coming off...it feels so good!!!!

Type: BulimiaI was anorexic back in 8th grade and now I'm a freshman in college. Ever since anorexia ended I've always been scared of being thin so I'm just eating, eating, eating. I'm 5ft7 and 173 pounds now, REALLY MUST STOP!

- It worked for about a month, and then I decided to try chocolate again... probably my fault but the thing is that I KNOW what to eat to be healthy but I keep wanting more, and more, and more...

- My mom doesn't have a college degree and my dad is a pilot so his case is different. To them, grades and all aren't important and they just want me to get outta here with my degree so talking to them helps. However, being 20,000 miles away from parents really DOES hurt!
