Hi everyone I'm back, and doing alot better. I was wrong, my week I thought that couldn't get any worst did but it started back up hill. I wasn't able to walk or write my name before I went to the hosp but am walking again without a cane or anything, drawing again new lease on life for a while, and my vision is back so it was worth the trip. I do not like hosps, and try to find any way out of it possible. I was misdiagnosed on the bi-polar they said I am having seizures, but the medications for the bi-polar one of them I was allergic to, had a reaction, and get to add one more med to my never take again list. Which that list since I found out I have MS seems to get longer by the years. I have no tolerance for most antibiotics, and they end up after a week causing stomache infections where I end up in the hosp over them, last yr I lost 50lbs in a few weeks over an antibiotic. I don't eat or drink caffine because I am so caffine sensitive, my migrain med or asprin can keep me up for 24 hours, I have to keep a whole list of pain meds handy to give the dr or hosp incase of an accident because I am very allergic to them. List goes on, even can't even take Aleve (Naproxen) or Ibuprophen products due to allergies. So I have to watch all over the counter meds for those ingredients. But it's something that has been going on since I was 8-10 so I am use to it. That's also why I made an appointment with a specialist for my MS because I can't take 3 of the shots for it now. But I'm doing great, loving my new mobility, I just didn't realize it was a medicine related reaction I was having, it was the whole problem it was suppose to be a med that covered seizures that is why they gave it to me, but it sent me into seizures instead. Spent the week in a neuro & seizure ward saw 3 drs, all say by the tests that I am not bi-polar, and if the dr I had would have paid attention and listened I was having seizures and the continuous upping the dose just sent me into full blown convulsive seizures. But I am down to 4 pills a day, switched drs, and they said it was good that I didn't take the meds he gave me the day before I was sent to the University Hosp. because it was dangerous to mix all those things together at one time. Hope everyone is doing well take care.
I'm so glad things are straitening up for you!! It's a neverending adventure! Have a blessed day. . .WITHOUT THE CANE!

Ohhhh Angie, thank God you didn't take them! It is wonderful news to find out it was medications causing the different sx. After all you have been thru you deserve such a blessing to have your vision back, & to walk unassisted!!! That is such awesome news! Just to think he was treating you for being bipolar too, thats so scary. I'm really glad you went to a specialist! Heres to better health & better days ahead!
