As of this writing, I'm still smokeless. Have been since August 14, 2007. Yes I still have those blamed cravings, day and night, 24/7.... just cannot shake them. No, I refuse to give in to them. Life causes us to make certain sacrifices to achieve certain rewards. I hope anyone reading this will find some solace in the fact that they are not alone. I had smoked a pipe for a good number of years, prior to which I smoked cigars...and yes I smoked cigarettes for a while, I even chewed tobacco for a while. Nobody that has never been a smoker can appreciate the addictive nature of tobacco. I wish anyone giving up the nicotine habit as much success as I have been able to achieve. I receive a good deal of encouragement, and I remain dedicated to life nicotine free. Good luck to all of you who are trying to free yourself from nicotine.
