My hubby was their at the troop A-7/17th air cav first avaition. he said he was the crew chief and door gunner on the helicopter. He like to know what unit you were in and what troop and what did you do their?? He said he would like to keep in contact with you. His name is David wants to know your first name... Hi, I'm retired Army after 30 years, and I also worked for the Army another 10 years as a civilian. My background is all but exclusively administrative. Two tours in Vietnam, and I served just about all of the cold war. I'm pretty well tied down with arthritis and other complications for which I exercise twice daily for over an hour. Happily married, no children.

I'm plaqued by OA and FM. I'm seeing a Doctor tomorrow about my knees and swollen feet. I'm 72 years old and have been living with this for over 30 years.
Treatments
- Daypro Working / Worked
- Helped with spurs on my knees for a couple years, now a new Knee problem and DayPro is not helping. No side effects that I'm aware of.
- Glucosamine/Chondroitin Working / Worked
- I've taken G&Cw/MSM for over 10 years. It has helped me. No side effects. My knees were very strong up until this recent episode which I do not know what caused it.
- MSM Working / Worked
- I'm using it with a product I'm getting from Swanson, Glucosamine & Condrotin Plus MSM...I don't know if it (MSM) is helping, but something is making a difference. No side effects.
