thank the heavens!! i had thyroid testing too. and im still waiting to hear from the docs. feeling fatigued and sore around the glands but im ok....hows your health these days?? i read up about hypo/hyperthyroidism and it sounds sucky lol...do they not know for sure what it is? havent they even guessed at least? lol...

Close Bipolar Disorder
I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder recently, but I should have been 10 years ago! I was too scared to see anyone until recently.
Treatments
- Lamictal Not Working
- This stuff is brand new and the 1st thing I was put on. Apparently I had a bad and uncommon reaction to it as it gave me the WORST migraines on earth! The worst part was you can't take ANYTHING (tylenol, advil, ex) with this med b/c it counteracts it. Worst medicated two week of my life!
- Topamax Working / Worked
- It seems to work for me, but I dropped 10 lbs....may also need an additional anti-depressant...sux....
- Wellbutrin Too Soon to Tell
- Just started this med, but I really hope it works!
Close Self-Injury
I cut myself a few years ago and am on the road to recovery. I still get strong urges to cut, but I'm still trying my best to resist.
Open Depression
I'm bipolar...but normally I'm stuck in depression which sucks. Been dealing for about 10 years, maybe more!
Treatments
- Lexapro Not Working
- Lexapro didn't work for me at all.....but after the first bottle I had gained 10lbs.....yeah, bye bye!
- Prozac Working / Worked
- This stuff is amazing and probably the best thing I have ever taken.....but I had to stop it bc......well.....i still wanted to have a delightful love-life with my love. = P
- Wellbutrin Too Soon to Tell
- I was on this with my Topamaxx.....when I went to my Pharmacy one day and they realized that I was at low risk for a seizure.....so then the doc said don't take it.....now I'm off the topamaxx.....and two meds later back on Wellbutrin! Let's hope I can tell if it works this time! = P
