GYM SIGN-UP Mood

I WILL BE SIGNING UP AT A LOCAL GYM ON MONDAY.  I AM GOING TO START OFF WITH THREE DAYS A WEEK ABOUT AN HOUR A DAY TO EVENTUALLY BUILDING UP TO ABOUT FIVE DAYS A WEEK.  I REALLY NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND START EXERCISING AGAIN.  I DON'T WANT TO GET ANY WORSE, ONLY BETTER AND THIS IS THE WAY TO CORRECT THINGS.

    I'll bet you'll be back in shape in no time! I signed up with Curves for three days per week; more if I want to. Since going back to school full time, I haven't been able to find the time to go. This summer, hopefully. I like the walking too. Good luck!
