As for hiding your feelings-I just don't do that anymore-when my Mom died everyone just kind of ignored the whole thing-I was 17 and being a good girl I went along and just handled it-when Chris died I knew I would not do that again-so when I'm feeling bad I tell people and for those who don't understand-well, that's their problem not mine. So be honest and share how you feel-and you will find people that you can trust and lean on and for the rest-well, if they can't understand then it's better for you to find those who can-and remember that we are always here for you-we DO understand and you don't have to hide with us.
