I have decided to use the Alli pills while following the weight watchers way of eating. As of this morning, I am trying for a new day. I have focused on my eating habits and reading everything. I will do this and hope for chats from friends. I am 5'3" and weigh 224. I would like to be 200 by Christmas. In the last 5 years I have worn clothes with sizes of 10 to 24. I will focus on healthy eating and work on why I sabotage myself. Breakfast was: toast, coffee, egg and 4oz. orange juice. Lunch was soup, lean cuisine pizza and water. Dinner: shrimp cocktail, weight watcher's salisbury steak, mac and cheese, and fresh asparagus. It is getting through the night, but I will do it.
