I live in a small town in TN. Have been married over 30 yrs and have 4 children. Only 2 teens at home now. But I have a grandson! I am a nurse and work part time. I am a Girl Scout leader, sing in the church choir, work at a local clothing closet and help with my kids sports team.

I knew I probably hd Lupus over 20yrs ago when I read a book on the subject for nursing school. I wasnt diagnosed until 3 yrs ago, but had a doctor tell me 20yrs ago he knew I had some connective tissue disease but didnt know what. The fatigue is the worst ongoing problem but the pain sometimes makes me very depressed. Right now, I have Plantar Fascitis and no treatment is working very well. I still work, but I dont know for how long.

I joined the lupus group because my Rheumatologist said I tested positive for MCTD but she thought I had Lupus and Sjogrens. I knew I had an autoimmune disease about 30 years ago. Had a rheumatologist tell me I had "something" about 20 years ago but was diagnosed about 3.5 yrs. ago. Recently,I suffer from Plantar fascitis and am getting ready for ossitron therapy after trying EVERTHING else. So tired of the pain.
