I am 20 year old ! I am currently pregnant with my first child. Told it was a girl :) She is due in Jan! I mostly stay at home unless out and about with the BF which is also rare! I have a passion for understanding things and learning whatever I can ! My family is all back home in Ontario , where I am originally from I miss them so much , as well as all my friends!
Interests
Biking, music, talking , baby stuff, dancing, theology! So many other things!! So much more I must be introduced too!

Close Panic Attacks
LAst year around Xmas, I started having small panic attacks. Altho didnt kno they were that at the time. GOt more severe to the point where I locked myself in my room all day, everyday...started on meds, and counceling, then got pregnant, and had to stop the meds, was fine for a bit, but now they are coming back :(
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Helps when I put 100 % into it ! But Im not very good at that right now :(
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Had to stop , due to moving somewhere new. Plan to get back into it sometime after baby!
- Rescue Remedy Somewhat Helpful
- Helped at the starting staged of my attacks, havent used much of it lately tho .... plan on it tho !
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Wasnt doing much at first. Started on a very low dose, but began helping with the depression and what not, had to stop treatment due to pregnancy so Im not sure the full affect , hoping to start it up again after the baby!
Close Pregnancy
Found out I was pregnant 2 days after my 20th birthday!! I am now almost 27 weeks pregnant . Expecting my baby girl Jan 18!
Open Depression
Started mild depression when I was younger after losing my father to suicide, my mother (mentally ) to alcohol, and my step father do drugs.

Currently in a relationship with a man (27) father of my unborn child. Been with him a little over a year!
