Had first panic attack on 18th birthday, which left me with alot of residual anxiety, tried variety of meds which had little benefit, after a few years it seemed to pass through self help and exercise, but now seem to go through episodes every few years or so with high anxiety and insomnia which seem to last anywhere between a few months to a year. Usuall after (but not during significant ife changes)
