Another pound lost. It is so nice to see the scale dropping again. It's been pretty stagnant for awhile. Once I started to see the scale start dropping again it made it easier to stick to my food plan. Don't want to call it a diet because it isn't a diet it's a life style/style of eating change. All of a sudden I am not hungry all the time like I was either. I wonder if that is because of the vitamins I am taking. May have to google that one to see if it makes a difference.
Another change I have made is to quit drinking coffee with caffeine. I have a bunch of GOOD coffee at my house that I ordered before I had the surgery. I hated to let it go to waste so I started drinking it again. Not sure, but it seems that my hunger/binging started about that time or shortly thereafter. I at first was attributing the hunger to being farther out from surgery but I think it was the caffeine. Whatever it is I'm not going to complain, just giong to keep it up.

Thank you Kim. I sure would like to hear that from my parents or sisters. They still haven't said anything to me.
