went to the gym Mood
Friday, May 16, 2008 | A Positive story
I went.  Got up off of my butt and went to the gym like I said I needed to. One of the gals that works that couldn't believe how much weight I had lost since I had last been there. I rode the recumbant bike for 40 minutes because I figured that would be the least stressful on my hip and I was right. It hurt for about the first 10 minutes, but as long as I didn't put too much resistance on the program it was good. If I added to much resistance it started to hurt so I backed off. When I got off the bike my hip joint was really stiff because I had used the muscle in the correct way, but at least it didn't hurt.  Now I know that I have a muscle imbalance somewhere. Going to the Dr. next Friday and hopefully to physical therapy from there.
