OK. 7 weeks off in Africa, and 2 charging around the country--I've gone completely off my program, and sadly put most of the 10lbs I lost earilier in the year back on. Need to motivate myself back to the gym.

 

Please send me meatphorical kicks in the butt!

Over the course of the year I'd like to try to do more excercise and eventually get below 200lbs. 190 seems like a reasonable stretch goal.

Been on my no meat, no carbs, no sugar, no booze diet for 3 weeks & have lost about 10 lbs. Havent been able to get to the gym as much as I'd like...

    Here's a helpful hint - cut out all soda (even the diet stuff) and substitute it out for sparkling water. It will make a difference.
