OK. 7 weeks off in Africa, and 2 charging around the country--I've gone completely off my program, and sadly put most of the 10lbs I lost earilier in the year back on. Need to motivate myself back to the gym.
Please send me meatphorical kicks in the butt!
UPDATED GOALS
Over the course of the year I'd like to try to do more excercise and eventually get below 200lbs. 190 seems like a reasonable stretch goal.
