Hi toots, glad to hear your taking care of your health issues to, me to, right now i'm looking at some big sun flowers, they are so big and heavy, i smell more these days since not smoking, 22 months the other day, ups and downs, but getting thru, next weekend we go on a womens recovery retreat, we do each year, aother another positive .......peace and hugs jan

i quit smoking nearly a year ago now, i have never been so happy since i quit, its so hard at first, but if you want to quit you will and if i can help i will, so keep it going

- dreams, giddy, headaches,dry mouth, irritable, slight depression, but it worked
- Nicotine Gum Working / Worked
- the first few days were easy so determined next two weeks side effects kicked in kept strong it worked been none smoker for 11 months now
