      I was diagnosed with fibro two years ago. My husband is supportive even though he doesn't totally understand. I hate being a whinner, so I mostly keep my complaints to myself. Fibro has made working very difficult, but I can't afford to retire. I just need some support from others that understand.

      I have fibromyalgia that really tenses up my upper back and neck, The migraines were coming every week. I would have to miss work so I could lay in the quiet dark.

      These are cortisone injections into the back of my head to reduce inflammation. It worked! I have been migraine free for 4 months. I can repeat the injections as needed.
