is feeling Good
Wife, age 51, mother of 2 sons, lost one to cancer at age 10, living with Myasthenia Gravis 17 years, recently suffered a stroke, listed as disabled giving up my job as a realtor. Forced into a life that was not planned. Love to write, fiction, short stories, Self-help once I learn how to tackle that myself. Always enjoyed meeting people. I could use encouragement to gain courage with my new found obstacles.

Thank you for your kindness...I apologize for being so slow to respond...have been away and this is a hard time of the year for me...sometimes things seem to improve, then I seem to be in a hole again. I hope you are doing well...you are in my thoughts any prayers.
thank you for your words. the hard part is everything is so new. i have a good doctor. i am scheduled for the ct to check my thymus. i was suppose to start a new job, i delayed it because at that time we didn't know what was wrong with me. i was working as a teacher for respiratory therapy but the stress was really bad. so i quit was go going to go back to the hospital - but they work 12 hour shifts. i delayed my start day until feb 26. my doctor said we would have to see how i was doing i may never be able to do 12 hour shifts. the idea of not being able to work with what i do scares me. i know it is too soon to know. my husband keeps telling not to give work a thought we are fine and we can decide later. i am a planner this slow process is killing me. i am trying to let things go - it is hard for me. i am sorry if i am rambling. it just feels good to type out what i have been feeling. i appreciate your time and sweet words. natalie

Was diagnosed with MG 17 years ago when very little was known about the disease. I was misdiagnosed, overdosed and survived. The (Type) I have is MUSK. Most treatment does not work on my type as it does for other MG patients. I would love to hear from anyone else who has been typed with the same diagnosis.
