Well I had a hell of a day yesterday....not enough time to write or anything. So I've given some thought to New Years resolutions and reading some posts...Sooo made me think a lot when she said she believed more in baby steps than in a big fat change all at once. When I look back on my life I think the most changing I did was small baby steps turned into longterm change. And honestly it takes 21 days to create a new habit. Or change a bad one. So Im going to take a look at the biggest things in my life I want to change. Big ones but only 12. And each month I will start a new resolution. I think for me that's the only way to make permanent changes in 2008. Notice there's nothing about weight or eating habits. I just don't think those are realistic goals. And I've been trying to fix that for two years so a new year isnt going to make it magically better.

Thinking positive,

more prayer,

eating healthy,

excersicing,

These are the biggest four I can think of right now. So I will start with these and as I think of more I'll add them....
