congrats on gettin into exercise. hang in there hun things will get better and u r and well become a strong person. i'm feeling really good and tryin to b positive. am petrified bout 2morrow but am lookin forward to not havin as much or no pain and being able to take less meds and do more things. i hope that u ave an awesome week hun am goin to head of to bed and watch a movie and try and get some sleep talk to u soon :)

I knew it wasnt me (LOL)... I understand about relying on friends here... but as any friends, anywhere... sometimes they all are busy at the same time. I almost didnt log in for more than a few seconds today. geting kids ready for school, nice weather, etc...
