About Me
Hi I am an office manager for a small photocoying company, I was married to Bob for 7 years but together for 10. I am very close to my younger sister and her new baby Megan, i am from a large catholic (Irish decent) family. I love Yoga and am now struggling to find my way in the world without my best friend and sole mate.

Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a Partner/SpouseMy 48yr old husband Bob passed away in May 07 from a 19 month painful battle with Lung/Bone cancer, he fought so very hard to stay with me but it was not to be, I miss him dreadfully.
Treatments
- Crying Somewhat Helpful
- On occassions it helps other times I find it exhausting.
- Getting Angry Too Soon to Tell
- Grief Counseling Not Working
- Had one visit but find it hard to open up & more of a listner than counsellor
- Keeping Busy Somewhat Helpful
- Have been to Singapore to visit my sister, double edge sword very hard without Bob, go to gym and yoga good stress releif
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Everyone tries to help but I find it hard to talk as they cannot really relate to my experience / life
- Support Groups Working / Worked
- Am member of WAY (young widows) plus bereavement web page in UK
