Well, the diet, what can i say about it.
Been struggling with being on the diet, and basically when I weighed in last week I had shot up to 295 again !!!!!!!!!!!!
Been back on the diet as of sorts (not been counting how many points, just been eating sensibly), and wow stood on the scales this morning and I'm back down to 289, so 6lb loss this week !!!!
When I started the diet back in January I was 315 lbs, so have lost 26 lbs
The lightest I have weighed since then was 284, so another 5 lbs to go before I get there again.
