Mary Rose, may I reprint this next Sunday (a week from tomorrow) for my O Sole Mio Sundays column on my blog. If the answer is yes, may I also use your full name and give the name of your state? Also -- one last item -- can I include how long you've had MS? You can see the other related columns at www.sunshineandmoonlight.wordpress... and just click on "O Sole Mio Sundays". My readers (hundreds of them) need to be exposed to your "pledge" here. Know that I'm on board with you completely. Have a Sunshine Day, Kim
I love what u wrote! I am going to cut and copy this onto a piece of paper and read it out loud everyday. Thank you! Thomas
"MS" is being more referred as a "neuropathic disease" more than ever. Due to the fact that it interferes with nerves, nerves responses, and coating. Nueropathic pain is the most painful thing you can have, since its dealing with your nerves. The pain can feel like burning, tingling, numbing, sharplike stabbing, and electrical "shock" like pain. It is VERY hard to control and the doctors still dont get it. So dont expect them too. They have no clue. Remember that.
I was told around 1995 that I was hypothyroid. The medicines still dont raise my TSH, they just raise the amount circulating (T4) and I get dizzy.
In 2005 I couldnt breathe and was always getting sick. they finally did a Pulmonary function test, which showed I have a bad obstruction of my breathing. (undefined) They immediately put me on meds and it makes the attacks go away for awhile, but I cant be in cold air, do exercise, or I cant breathe. Sometimes I wake up unable to breathe also.
I dont think I had anxiety until I developed neuropathic pain. I think it was my "trigger"
I was having pain at the point of pressure. If you touched my arm it felt like you sqeezed it. Also you cant get out of bed.
I have constant and chronic pain due to my many health issues. I have tried everything. Some days the pain is so bad I cant get out of bed. I have found some things that work.
Last week my fiance was dizzy and throwing up so i took him to Urgent Care. He tested positive for Influenza type A. Two days later I was sick, and still not myself. That monster make me weak, drained and exhausted. My fiance had to have IV fluids.
I get bad dizzy spells starting around 17 years of age. I have many medical problems that could bring this on, but i get the spells out of the blue, even when I was 17 and on no medication. I get both the type where it feels like your spinning, and the fealing faint.
The back pain started in 2005, and just got progressivly worse. The doctors said I have "narrowing of the formina at multiple levels" These formina are crushing my nerves in my back causing neuropathic pain.
