i started having a problem with alcohol when i began drinking 9/10 percent beer regulary at 23. i was drinking in the mornings because i felt so bad from the night before. not a good idea. people can drink in moderation all there life with no problem. i wish i knew the harm kestrel super, tenants super, white lightning, vermouth, spirits etc was going to do.

- going mad, tinking ive stoped breathing, loud bang in head brain damage ? nausia, exsteem anxiety, shakes,nightmares if able to sleep for seconds/minutes etc lack of coordination, shakes, stomache pains etc laying in bed 4 days.

- self detox. hell. same as cold turky.

i am 46 now and still painfully shy ? i took speed for a long time, it helped but i got hooked, the doc put me on valium to get me off speed which i allso got hooked on. the doc stoped the valium so i drank. i have had a drink problem for 20 years now. all because im shy ? i feel so alone sometimes i drink and do things that iwould'nt do when im sober because i feel cheated! then i stop drinking and have a guilt complex ! im not sure if a guilt complex is the same as being shy ?

- i dont know it all but counceling told me what i knew allready. the sesions reminded me that i am saposed to be sorting problems out tho

- i make my life easier by not thinking about problem, but problem is'nt solved and life gets very lonely when you allways hide from it

Open Meth Addiction & Recovery
speed was the first drug i got addicted to. at first it did'nt do anything but i still took it hopeing the next gram would be beter ! before i knew it i was hooked. i had to take it to be normal ? what a crap drug speed is. It mest my head up big time. 6 months of fun but 2 years of hell untill the doc gave me valium to get hooked on instead. at least the valium was free !

Open Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
My daughter who is 14 was a succes story untill the last year or so. She goes to grammar school/higer education. Her life seems to be mesing up big time now
