About Me
I am a mother of 3 teens, whose life has become unmanageable due to alcohol. I have yet to figure out much of anything in the great depths of my chosen unsatisfactory life. The disease of alcoholism that consumed life filled me with feelings of supremacy, then I was bruised, dropped on my face... Now I have surrendered to God. Hence, the struggle has not ended I face the fear of my ego; I pray that I may be allowed to live life just, "One Day at a Time"... Sobriety Date: 11/19/07
Interests
My foremost interest is my kids I think they are the coolest kats, that tickle me to death!! Still in search of my ultimate career. I consider myself a lifetime learner PHI/POLISCI. Humanities, photography, politics, PCRelated, I enjoy painting, and am inspired by a good intellectual debate.

thought i'd tell you--saw your hug to him--that trvlerbill2 is my former roommate/flying co-worker with the airlines. he came on here to get help with the smoking and i had to laugh when i saw your hug to him. now, we have mutual ds friends. pretty cool!

Close Alcoholism
Wine has/was been my best friend for 3 years. She has helped me turn off the volume in many situations. Now, she is asking more and more everyday and is a date that has become very expensive! She has consumed my being! Sobriety Date: 11/19/07 UPDATE~(3/08)No longer does alcohol consume me NOR will I be a slave to it! I am learning with the help of AA & DS to take responsibility for my disease, actions & unmanageable life.

- I attend 1-2 meetings a day. I never leave without hearing something I need.

- For codependency and boundary issues.

Close Epilepsy & Seizures
Started at 17; havent the slightest idea why. Seizures are changing with age. Not a can. for surg. Grandmal, peti, clonic tonic. Stress induces them for the most part.

Open Bipolar Disorder
Recently diagnosed on a 1/08 by a Psyc. Dr. I actually trust! I am a hard headed person to convince on any particular day. The meds I have been on in the past made me crazy, lazy, & everyone in my life pays for my moods this is has become an issue that has since lead me to an acquired alcohol/drug problem common, poor choice making, & continued unmanageability. Its time to get real!

Open Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
3 Teens 13, 15, & 17 years old. My oldest just moved out and I am very sad. The other the older they get seem to be getting a bit crazy. I seek support for these crazy years.
