Close Hepatitis C
I found out that I had Hep C at 18 after donating blood to the red cross. Wow, what a shock! It took me years to accept it and realize that I can control my health more by attitude, exercise, and eating habits than anything.
Treatments
- Infergen Working / Worked
- Didn't work.
- Interferon, pegylated Working / Worked
- It worked for a few months & then my viral load returned. Overall, the treatment itself wasn'tto rough. Just know that you need to eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, and get that 8-9 hours of sleep at night because your body is going to need it! :)
- Milk Thistle Working / Worked
- I don't really know if it helps but I take it daily.
