Had a really good weekend - busy, busy, busy which is great. Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and in my books, if they are happy, then so am I! Bit of a deflation soon as we got home though - to be expected. Yesterday was not too good a day for me, but today I've kept myself busy and it's been a lot better. I have been up to sit with Matthew for a long time this afternoon, which was nice and peaceful.

My trip to the doctors on Friday was ok, he put me in touch with an SIDS group - it's just up to me now to call them and join one of their meetings. He also gave me a form to fill in to ascertain whether or not I have depression (which I don't think I have!) but we will see. He has also arranged a meeting of the whole doctor's practice and the Paediatrician so that he can look into the cause of Matthew's death and explain it all to Paul and myself in layman's terms, this will be on 29th October - then I can actually, after all this time, ask WHY!!

I also had a call from the Coroner's office to say that Matthew's inquest will be held on 22nd November (I can't believe that it can take so long!! it will be almost 7 months!!).

You sound like you have a great support system, I'm happy you had a good weekend. Cherish the good times. I hope you get an answer for your why's, and are able to accept and live with the answers, I think thats what we all want.
