About Me
I have 5 grown children of my own and 2 step children. I also have 4 grandchildren. I love being a grandma and enjoy being with my husband. We love to garden and raise yorkies, schnauzers and chihuahuas. I was diagnosed about 8 years ago with fibro and lupus. Sometimes the pain is so unbearable I just want to go to bed and lay on my heat pad. It seems like nothing helps. I can tell when it's going to rain and snow. I still work full time as an operations manager in logistics. It's getting harder and harder to work full time. I find that if I stay on the move when at work it is easier to finish the day out.

Celebrate
Guess what! My grandchild was born today. The doctor told them several months ago it was a boy...but guess what....it's a GIRL :) Her name is Destiny and she is perfect. I posted more details in my journal. LYLAS!

I have had TMJ for as long as I can remember. I had used the football mouthguards which only hurt my mouth years ago. I finally found a dentist that suggested a fitted guard. I am having less headaches now.
