 ANYHOW,SO THATS THE PATH, IN THE MORNING, ITS 4;40 NOW SO COME DAYLIGHT,

 AFTER A BATH, AND A NIP TO WARM THE BOWELS, I GOT TO DO 50 STRETCHES, AND

THEN WALK 10KLM, RETURN,DRINK 2 LITRES OF WATER THEN STRETCH, AND FINALLY

THE RAISON'DETRE;ROLL AROUND THE FLOOR LAUGHING WITH NATURES NATURAL MOOD

 STABILIZER. LOL.
