I had to come back from Victor's tonight, instead of tomorrow because my Aunt needed me to watch her dog (she was working 3 -11 for a co-worker) and everything was fine, he was his normal pain in the a** self until about 7:30, I was outside playing ball with him and then all of a sudden he didn't come back to me! I looked over and he was against the fence, walking like he was drunk, eyes glazed over, and shaking! I thought oh no, you were fine a mintue ago what happened?! I called my Aunt at work and the vet, they said bring him in. I got to the animal hospital and all of a sudden Bailey was fine, wagging his tail, drinking water, wanting to play - my Aunt met me there and then decided to wait until tomorrow to take him to her regular vet as the animal hospital is $225 just to walk in the door and he seemed better. When we got him back home he did throw up 8 times! He must of eaten something in the yard, and she's going to watch him through the night and take him tomorrow to her regular vet. This puppy eats everything he can find! I am sure there was something out there in the yard that I just didn't see him eat, although my Aunt says he was acting funny all day. Well hopefully it's nothing and he'll be fine.

I remember when Bella (my dog) did kinda the same thing. We did find some little mushrooms growing around the shady side of the mulch. Don't know if that was it but we got rid of it and she was fine after a day or two. Scary stuff though! Bella used to eat everything too! Even ate a blown glass ornament once! Awwww....poor Bailey. I hope he is doing better today. Sheesh...if pets could just talk and tell us what is wrong..right? :) I wish mine could to tell me when they aren't feeling well. Hugs and take care, Carol :)

Gee! Not only poor Baily but poor you. It must of scared you to death. Hopefully he will be okay within a few days. My Pomeranian is my baby I would hate for that to happen to him. Let us know how Baily fairs out...
