Smile Thought for the day: The greatest wealth is health

 

Well, I finally went and joined Weight Watcher's again tonight! I didn't like what the scale had to say, I have gained almost 9 pounds since February! I weighed 177.8, I am not going to get down about this I am just going to take it one day at a time and get myself back on track. I feel good that I actually took the step and joined again, it worked for me before I actually still have lost 20 pounds since I went on it 2 years ago and kept most of it off. I think the stress of living here has gotten to me! My Aunt eats so bad and I just didn't care and kept going out to eat with her and Victor and I have been going out to eat a lot lately. I need to make better choices, and I need to exercise and if I do those things and take my medication maybe I will feel better all the way around! It's going to be hard this weekend, Victor and I are going away to Maine for the weekend but I wanted to join before the free registration was over on Saturday. Of course after the 6:45PM meeting my Aunt who also joined, was hungry so we went to Burger King for dinner and then for ice cream - I am not doing that again after tonight! Victor bought be an IPOD so I can go walking, so no excuses!

    super thought of the day...Always enjoy..I have confidence in ya...
    you will make it to your goal....When you go out just stay away from the french fries and fried stuff. you can still eat out its what you eat..Well I am sure stress is an added factor also..can make us gain or lose..But you hang in there..luv lilmiss

    Scales have never been my best friend. Hang in there, once you start loosing and exercise, you will feel a whole lot better about yorself.

    Make sure you upload all UPBEAT music on that ipod so you want to dance everytime you push play! And don't beat yourself up for going to the BK lounge! LOL Just start fresh today! You can do it! I wish I weighed 177.

    Ipods are great because you can upload any music you want. I take mine to the gym (um yeah, when I go..LOL) and walk to the fast music instead of watching the tv. Good luck at WW! :) I went years ago. I recall I would take my shoes off and jacket off and anything else I could (without being naked) when I weighed in. LOL! :) You can do it!
