Wow I have been listening to music for over 4 hours straight.  I am really glad that I made that goal for myself to listen to music more often and now I listen to music almost daily.  I just do it automatically and I completely my goal sooner than I that I would.  I actually hooked up my iPod to my laptop so that I could listen to all of my music and I must say that my music list is quite dated hehe I talking music that is like from the 70s, 80s and 90s hehe so I need to add some music on there again.  I have been starting to listen to unsigned bands and I can get free music that way.  Anyway I have dancing a little in my bed hehe, can just move my arms a little and my body hahaha….cute huh?

I say thank you God for my iPod as it is saving me right now and keeping my mind off of my pain. I am evening singing along with the music too.  Isn’t that nice?  Hehe.  The iPod ended up being something that I really need.  I am sure that I will watch something soon.  My concentration is still not there, ugh!  So maybe later tonight I will be able to do more.  I have been resting most of the day and trying to keep myself happy and continually smiling.  I am starting to do more things that interest me like the blogging and writing poetry. 

Anyway my pain is still bad but I am able to move around a little better.  I am sitting on my massage mat trying to massage out the little kinks I have. My mom said it sounds like there is a big truck in my room when she hears that I have it on. LOL.  She is so funny,

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to go for a little walk around the neighborhood.
