Hey All
Well things didn't go as I plan I slept but didn't feel rested. Hopefully soon I will do a sleep study until then I have to feel tired. My doctor got blood work to check my thyroid I will call them tomorrow. I cancell my dentist appt because of a headache but it was more then a headache I didn't want to go. I wanted to stay in and be comfortable in my house. I don't know what happen just had these feelings I didn't want to leave. I chat with my professor today. We just chat and show off pics. It was the last class and it was optional so we had fun.Ralph cook supper. Builders came and work on the kitchen. Now we waiting for plumbers. Better be here soon. I'm tired of waiting.Well supper is over and I'm going to nap for awhile. So hope you all had a pain free day. Love ya all

Hi Robin~~ I really suggest you ask for a sleep study. I had to do 2, but now they gave me a CPAP machine and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. Don't wait. Make the call. Know that I'm thinking about you and praying that you get some much-needed rest and sleep.

Yes a sleep study would be a good Idea, I have been struggling for years with pain, they say it is Fibro, But I recently had sleep study and found out I have a severe cause of sleep apnea, I will be getting another sleep study done next week to get Cpap machine, and will know more later if it answers my prayers, I will try and keep you posted, If I can remember , cause I also suffer with the fog, So if you interest you might want to check with me, if I don't get back with you in a while, sending hugs and prayers, Love.....S

Hope your plumbers show up soon. Seems like you've been waiting for them forever. I know what you mean about just not wanting to leave the house. I get that feeling a lot and not just for dental appointments:)

Oh, I truly hope those plumbers get there soon..............I bet you are really tired of waiting............I would be!!! Bless your heart!!! My hubby has sleep apnea and uses a breathing apparatus to help him sleep............he got used to it really easy and sleeps like a baby every night and wakes up rested.............he used to be just running on adrenalin with only 4-5 hours sleep a night............now he sleeps 8 hours plus!!! Getting tested sounds like a plan.........it doesn't hurt to check that out!!

I have days like that, when I just don't want to go do something like the dr. apt. Usualy for me I have this feeling of anxiety about leaving the house which is pretty abnormal for me so I pay attention when it happens.
I enjoyed the pix of the house and work in progress, it will be such a nice relief when it's done and it will be one less thing for you to have to think about. Hugs, Georgia
