I like to get to know ppl first before I add them to my list. I have suffered from episodes of depression and anxiety for about twenty years. The anxiety has improved but I'm still vulnerable to episodes of depression when under pressure. I am married, have two grown-up sons who are married, and have three grandchildren. Was a primary school teacher for many years....found it very stressful but extremely rewarding.Sorry but not recieving friends unless I've spoken with you.
I like music, mostly classical and playing the piano, crosswords and reading.I enjoy the theatre and musicals. Enjoy yoga and aqua-fit. I love being with my grandchildren-they are delightful and give me great joy. I love being near the seaside and walking.
MaRhianna~He acts so diffrent when he is at Church...sometimes I do not even go to Church because of him. I think he enjoys being ay Church more than here at home with me and the kids. He volunters for anything that is going on for Church and I am so thankful for him being active in Church.....at least he is not here to fuss at me:)
Fingers, and everything else I can possibly cross is crossed for you.
Thanks G. Yes, my heartbeats were elevated to say the least. I must say though that the shot they gave him in the derriere and the results of the meds has been quite entertaining. LOL Not too much longer before your visit. How are you feeling about things? Keep it light and optimistic hon. I'm sure you'll have a lovely visit.
Hi sweetie....I'm kinda ok, thanks for hugs and well wishes. Hope you're ok too. XXX Lance

I came to this site when my sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in Sept 07. I was so devastated and needed support from others who were experiencing similar problems. My sister has now finished her chemotherapy treatment, and her results have been clear. Such a relief!! She will have a scan in 2 months time to check everything is still alright.
I have suffered with anxiety for many years. The constant anxiety brought on depression. I am vulnerable to stress which triggers depression. Last Sept/Oct I Felt very depressed because of problems concerning my family, difficult relationships and my sister recently being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Can't cope.
I have suffered from anxiety, panic attacks and depression for a number of years.
For the last 6yrs my weight has fluctuated, but has now spiralled out of control. Have tried many diets but need some support.
